Blonde Biddy is a crisp cool lager brewed in the European Pilsner tradition. It is brewed with lager malt and the finest Hallertau hops imported from Germany, making it a thoroughly refreshing natural thirst quencher. | Blonde Biddy is fermented at cold temperatures using our own special strain of lager yeast. At the Biddy Early Brewery we give all our beers the time they need to develop naturally, but this is especially true of Blonde Biddy. Lager benefits from being conditioned slowly ("lager" is derived from the German verb "to store") and, unlike better known brands, Blonde Biddy matures for at least a month in our brewery. |  |
